The Club Hematopoiesis and Oncogenesis is a cooperative group of the French Society of Hematology. Its annual conference is an important event for the scientific community working in Oncology and Hematology. It brings together French and international speakers. In addition, the CHO provides a unique opportunity for students and young researchers to present their work, selected on quality of research. The annual conference is also a place of dynamic interactions between researchers involved in these areas. It is a major conference for PhD students and postdocs who can establish a network of knowledge and relationships in and around their area of activity.
This year, yet again a remarkable panel of invited speakers has been organized.
Plenary lectures will be accompanied by selected oral communications. Priority will be given to students and young researchers. Submitted abstracts may cover any subject related to hematology and / or oncogenesis and are limited to 2500 characters (including spaces). Submitted abstracts should be written in English. Abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation or for a poster. The abstract submission requires conference registration.
Preferential rates are available for registrations made until July 15, 2025. The registration fee is 330 euros for students, ITA, postdocs and CHO members, and 600 euros for permanent position researchers (respectively 390 and 700 euros for registrations received on July 16, 2025 or after). This fee includes conference attendance, catering and accommodation.
You have until July 15, 2025 to submit an abstract for an oral communication. For a poster you have until September 13, 2025 to file your abstract. Abstracts should be submitted as an attached word document (with affiliations) .
It is necessary to register before submitting your abstract.
This year you will be able to choose (on the registration form) between a pdf version of the abstract book (sent before the beginning of the meeting) and a pdf version + a printed version.
All payments must be received by September 15, 2025 under penalty of cancellation of registration.
